Reserving Your West Virginia Cabin Rental

Reservations are booked through Songer Whitewater by calling 800-356-7238.

Keep in mind that weekends and holidays fill up quickly, so call well in advance. Keep an alternate date in mind just in case. Walk-ins are welcome, but we can not always guarantee cabin space, especially at peak times.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of making the reservation. The balance is due 21 days prior ro your arrival. If the deposit or balance is not received according to the policy, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

A two night minimum is required for Friday and Saturday nights and holidays.

• No pets and no extra guests beyond the reservation number.
• Cancellation policy and damage policy apply to every reservation.

Upon making a reservation, we will send you an invoice detailing your reservation and we will hold the reservation for 14 days. During this time we need to receive your deposit of half of the total price. If the deposit is not received on time, your reservation many be cancelled and cabin(s) re-rented first-come, first-serve.

The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before your first cabin rental night.

• An 80% refund can be made only if the cabin is re-rented for your reservation period. The remaining 20% will be a service charge.
• Less than 7 days before your rental time: a 50% refund will be issued only if the cabin is re-rented.
• If you cancel with in 7 days and the cabin is not re-rented, there is no refund.

If large messes are left, there will be a $50 cleaning fee. This includes, but is not limited to; spills in the refrigerator, microwave, oven, and/or soaps added to the hot tub, or any food left behind and spoiled.

Damage charges may be applied to such things as wall, fixture/faucet, hot tub cover, and appliance damage. The cabins will be inspected after every departure and damages reported to management. Receipts for repairs and/or replacements to whatever was damaged will be presented at which time payment will be taken. We will hold a credit card number as the security deposit.

We hope that our cabins will be treated with respect and that we will be notified right away of any damages so it can be repaired before the next rental.
